Market Opportunity
Here is an overview of proposed monetization structure, background context on our founder, funding targets, goals and general AI market value data.
Our Business Model
Assistant AI operates a tiered subscription model designed to scale from individual users to enterprise teams. The product is built around a simple, sticky value proposition: turn daily decision-making and task execution into one-tap autonomy.
-
The Starter tier (free) gives users a powerful glimpse into true personal autonomy.
It creates daily plans, adapts to user routines, and introduces the idea of agent-driven life management.
This tier drives viral acquisition and long-term engagement by delivering a self-evident “aha” moment without cost.
-
Users who experience productivity gains convert to Pro, unlocking real-time planning, agent personalization, and integration with tools they already use.
This tier is ideal for founders, creators, freelancers, and operators—people who obsess over time leverage.
We anticipate ~5–10% conversion rate from Starter → Pro based on the delta in perceived time savings.
-
Teams and high-output individuals gain access to multi-agent orchestration, shared memory graphs, automated delegation, and full API-level integration.
Revenue here scales by number of seats, complexity of workflows, and optional add-ons (e.g. white-labeled interfaces, custom hosting).
This positions us for team productivity, ops automation, and workflow orchestration—a $100B+ market fragmented across task managers, schedulers, and low-code platforms.
-
Our architecture allows us to license out customized autonomous agents to companies as white-labeled copilots.
Think: a startup with no ops hires a digital COO, or a YouTuber gets a strategy agent that plans content.
This opens a secondary monetization stream through B2B agent deployment, licensing, or vertical integrations.

Founder & CEO, Assistant AI Labs
Colin Costello is a multi-disciplinary builder, creative technologist, and founder of Assistant AI Labs. With a background spanning software development, music, and behavioral psychology, Colin brings a uniquely human lens to artificial intelligence. He previously bootstrapped Vinci Apparel, a purpose-driven fashion brand, and taught himself coding and product design from a young age.
Colin’s vision for Assistant AI is rooted in one goal: Building an ultra intelligent personalized life optimizer. This became the blueprint for the mobile-first AI system.
He leads product direction, AI agent design, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on building technology that works like delegation.
Funding
Assistant AI Labs is raising capital to bring the first truly autonomous productivity agent to market. We're not building another task manager—we're replacing the need for one.
